How much is your time worth? Network Observations shares a report from Network World which states that “research shows that when troubleshooting problems, 90% of the time is spent identifying it”, and another study reveals “74 percent of performance problems reported by end users are not detected by current infrastructure management.“
Speaking of time, ZDNet reported that network-performance issues eat up time. Between 25 and 50 days per year determining the cause of network issues and almost half spend more than 50 days annually doing this.
